Every once in a while I can’t help but reflect on our resilience. Collectively, we all have “stuff” going on in our lives and at times we have more “stuff” than we think we can possible handle. No one is exempt, not a single person. With courage we learn along the way, and either slowly or quickly, shed off some of this “stuff” leaving it behind as we move onto a new day.  In this process we continue to learn, heal, grow and move forward one day at a time.
At the end of the day I sometimes can’t help but smile as I continue, regardless of the day I have experienced, to move forward, resiliently.
