Join me, at Kelowna’s Society for Learning In Retirement (SLR), for this 2-hour interactive session, where participants will explore practical strategies for managing anxiety and experience how hypnosis can be used to access feelings of peace, calm, and tranquility.
The focus will be on learning tools for calming the mind and body in everyday situations; to interrupt unwanted patterns; and build inner resilience.
Participants will learn and experience:
how anxiety patterns may be created and how to interrupt them
simple, practical tools that can be used in daily life
guided hypnosis to enjoy an inner resource such as calm, peace, or inner stillness
an opportunity for reflection on how physical and emotional states shift before and after exercises
If you are interested in exploring some practical tools make sure you register early through SLR. A SLR annual membership, just $25, is required before registering for this event. The membership will also open all sorts of opportunities for other classes and presentations given through this non-profit organization.
Space is limited and classes fill fast! Hope to see you there!
