Special Introductory Offer!
For the next four months, all new counselling clients will receive a free 90 minute counselling assessment and an option of sliding scale fees for counselling sessions.
Because everyone deserves the opportunity to heal, grow, and enjoy life—without financial barriers.
As a recent Graduate Counselling Therapist in Kelowna with a Diploma in Applied Psychology and Counselling (KCPC, 2025), I am pleased to offer my clients an integrated approach using evidence-based talk therapies—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Behavior Therapy (BT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT)—to support lasting emotional healing and personal growth.
My therapeutic approach blends structure, empathy, and inner exploration. Depending on your needs, we may focus on thought re-patterning (CBT), exploring internal parts (IFS), behavioral shifts (BT), or forward-focused solutions (SFT).
Your healing journey is unique—and valid. Whether you prefer one-on-one talk therapy or transformative hypnotherapy, I look forward to supporting you with respect, clarity, and warmth.
Feel free to reach out via my contact page to begin. I’m honored to hold space alongside your growth.
What I Offer
Individual counselling sessions available both in-person (Kelowna area) and online . I will soon be offering in-person counselling sessions out of Enderby, BC as well.
Free 15-minute phone consultation to explore fit, goals, and your comfort level.
Sliding scale and reasonable fees: standard session fee is $85, with reduced rates offered based on financial need due to my commitment to accessibility.
Please note: These counselling sessions may be covered by insurance; however, it is up to my clients to determine the amount of coverage they have.
Who I Work With
I support adults navigating:
Anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm
Grief, loss, and life transitions
Self-esteem, inner resilience, and confidence
Trauma-informed processing (non-clinical and early-stage trauma)
Why My Approach Might Fit You
You value a personalized, integrative style rather than a one-size-fits-all protocol.
You want both goal-oriented tools (like CBT or SFT) and inner compassion and insight (via IFS).
You appreciate a trauma-aware, client-centered practitioner who works under clinical supervision and ethical standards.
You’re guided by values-based healing and empowerment—not shame or fixing, but reconnection with your own strengths.
Supervision & Qualifications
I am a candidate member of the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association (CCPCP) and practice under the regular supervision of Susanne Currie, MPCC RQS #3671, Clinical Counsellor License #3671. I’m committed to maintaining ethical standards, continuous professional development, and accountability in clinical work.
