My counselling space offers a calm and respectful place to talk openly, unpack what you are carrying, and build emotional skills that help life feel more manageable. Counselling can support you when you are navigating stress, anxiety, overwhelm, grief, early-stage trauma processing, or significant life transitions.

I support adults in Enderby, Salmon Arm, Vernon, and throughout the Okanagan Shuswap region. Sessions are available in person in Enderby and Kelowna, and online for clients across British Columbia and Canada.

How I Support You

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy helps you identify how specific thoughts shape emotional reactions and behaviours. You will learn practical tools to reduce anxiety, improve emotional steadiness, and build healthier internal patterns.

Internal Family Systems

Internal Family Systems uses IFS to explore your many different inner parts that influence how you respond to stress and relationships. This approach is gentle and deeply supportive, helping you understand your protective, wounded parts, and your core Self, helping you experience insight, self-acceptance, stability and personal growth.

IFS is closely related to parts work therapy, which many clients find grounding and helpful in moving past personal barriers.

Solution Focused Therapy

Solution Focused Therapy helps guide you toward solution building rather than problem solving, shifting your focus from what’s not working to what can work. It supports you in creating a clear vision of the future you want and turning that vision into reality by using your own strengths, resources, and abilities. This approach empowers meaningful change by highlighting progress, possibilities, and the small steps that lead to big shifts.

Somatic and Regulation Techniques

Somatic regulation techniques help calm the nervous system and support emotional regulation. These practices may include mindful breathing, sensory awareness, grounding exercises, or gentle movement. They are especially helpful if you experience overwhelm, rumination, or difficulty settling your body during stressful moments.

Subconscious and Mind Body Approaches

Some clients choose to explore deeper inner awareness through methods connected to subconscious healing and mind-body connection therapy. These approaches help uncover long-standing patterns and strengthen the link between emotional, mental, and physical experiences.

  • Standard session fee is $85 (60 minutes in duration)

Supervision and Qualifications

I am a candidate member of the Canadian College of Professional Counselling Practitioners. I practice under the supervision of Susanne Currie, MPCC, RQS number 3671. Supervision ensures that your care is grounded in ethical practice, professional accountability, and ongoing learning. In many ways, you receive the value of combined expertise—your counsellor’s dedication paired with the wisdom of an experienced supervisor, both working in service of your healing and personal growth.
