The BC Professional Fire Fighters Burn Fund is all about empowering survivors to thrive!

This year the Thrive retreat is being hosted at SilverStar Mountain Resort. Young adults will have opportunities to connect and have fun while gaining knowledge and tools to further empower themselves as the amazing young adults they are!

Burn survivors and counsellors stay together in lodges for a full weekend of activities and sessions in this beautiful mountain setting. Counsellors are made up of fire fighters, therapists and burn survivors all of whom donate time to planning and running Thrive each year. 

I am looking forward to taking part and facilitating some sessions at the Retreat this year.
